Refund Policy

Credit Purchases

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refund requests for purchases older than 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Failed Generations

If a stencil generation fails due to a system error (not a user error such as uploading an unsupported file), the credit will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is needed on your part.

Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a generated stencil, you may request a credit refund within 7 days of generation. We may offer a re-generation with adjusted parameters as an alternative.

How to Request a Refund

• Open a support ticket from your Dashboard or Settings page
• Include your order ID or the stencil UUID
• Describe the issue briefly
• We aim to respond within 24 hours
