Seven conversion methods, previewed on your own image, and Smart Auto picks one for you. The engine finds every island — the pieces that would fall out — and adds bridges where the material needs them, then scores the sheet.
Open Vector Studio to move, widen or remove bridges in millimetres. The stability score updates as you work.
Set the real size in millimetres and download the file. With a free account the low-resolution PNG is free; the SVG and the high-resolution PNG cost credits.
What you get
The engine finds every island and adds the bridges automatically (1.5 mm by default, adjustable). Each sheet gets a stability score before you download, so nothing falls out on the laser bed.

We export stencils as SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and PNG. SVG opens in all major laser cutting software, including LightBurn, LaserGRBL, RDWorks and CorelDRAW; if your machine requires DXF, these programs can import the SVG and save it as DXF.
