Who we are
StencilVector turns photos and drawings into stencils ready to cut: it adds the bridges, gives every sheet a stability score and exports SVG and PNG files.
StencilVector is developed by Cuttalo Srl, a laser-cutting company in Grottaglie, in the province of Taranto, Italy, where we cut stencils and custom parts every day. The site is available in 8 languages and is free to try: creating and previewing a stencil costs nothing; with credits you pay only for the SVG, the high-resolution PNG and the AI tools.

An image is not a stencil yet: the centres of letters fall out and thin lines break. StencilVector finds every island, adds bridges where the material needs them and checks minimum widths, so you know whether the sheet will hold before you cut it.

Vector Studio, now in beta, lets you move, widen or remove bridges by hand, in millimetres. An MCP server lets you use StencilVector from Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
