Credit Purchases
On StencilVector you see a free preview of your stencil before paying: credits are used only when you download the file, so you already know what you are buying. AI features, such as tattoo extraction, use credits when you start them.
Within 14 days of the purchase you can withdraw: you only pay for the credits already used, in proportion to the price paid, and we return the rest.
After 14 days we assess each case individually.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason.
At checkout we ask for your consent to start the service right away. With that consent you lose your right of withdrawal for the files you download and, if you withdraw, you pay for the share of credits already used (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 57 and 59).
How to withdraw: use the «Withdraw from contract here» link at the bottom of the site's pages or on your account's Settings page. You get a receipt by email right away, with date and time. You can also write to info@stencilvector.com or send us the model form below. Withdraw from contract here
We refund you within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal, on the same payment method you used.

Subscription
Subscription: within 14 days of the first payment you can withdraw from the «Withdrawal» page. We refund the month in proportion to the unused subscription credits and the included downloads not made. After that, cancelling stops future renewals and the current month stays valid until its end. Failed Generations
If a stencil generation fails due to a system error (not a user error such as uploading an unsupported file), the credit will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is needed on your part.
Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a generated stencil, you may request a credit refund within 7 days of generation. We may offer a re-generation with adjusted parameters as an alternative.
How to Request a Refund
- Open a support ticket from your Dashboard or Settings page
- Include your order ID or the stencil UUID
- Describe the issue briefly
- We aim to respond within 24 hours
